1. Free Trial Period
UvsU may offer promotional trial periods from time to time. During this trial period:
- You have full access to all UvsU features
- No payment is required
- You may cancel at any time before the trial ends
- No refund is necessary as no payment has been made
2. Subscription Refunds
2.1 Monthly Subscriptions
- First 14 days: Full refund available if you're not satisfied with UvsU
- After 14 days: No refunds for monthly subscriptions
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle
2.2 Annual Subscriptions
- First 30 days: Full refund available, no questions asked
- After 30 days: No refunds available. You retain access for the full year you paid for
- You can cancel at any time to prevent auto-renewal at the end of your subscription year
- Note: This policy applies to all annual subscriptions, including promotional pricing
2.3 Promotional Offers
- Special promotional offers (e.g., extended trials, discounted rates) are eligible for the same refund guarantee: 14 days for monthly plans, 30 days for annual plans
- Promotional pricing is locked in for the duration of your subscription
- Refunds are calculated based on the promotional price paid, not the regular price
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

- Include your account email and reason for the refund request
- Allow 5-7 business days for processing
- Refunds will be processed through the original payment method
4. Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of approval
- Refunds appear on your statement within 7-14 business days depending on your payment provider
- You will receive email confirmation when your refund is processed
5. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- Account suspension due to prohibited activities
- Requests made after the applicable refund period
- Partial month usage (except for annual subscription prorations)
6. Technical Issues
If you experience technical difficulties:

- We will work to resolve technical issues before considering refunds
- Extended service outages may qualify for service credits or refunds
7. Cancellation vs. Refund
- Cancellation: Stops future billing, service continues until end of paid period
- Refund: Returns payment and immediately terminates service access
8. Payment Processor
UvsU uses Polar.sh as our merchant of record for payment processing. All refunds are subject to Polar's processing procedures and timelines.
- Transaction fees charged by payment processors are non-refundable
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method
- International customers may see currency conversion differences
9. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately. Continued use of UvsU after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
